Before proceeding with the booking, if the room is fully booked or unavailable due to maintenance, we will cancel the entire reservation and provide a 100% refund of the payment.

After receiving the booking request, our staff will check the room availability and confirm the reservation. If the room is unavailable, you will receive a cancellation notification via message, and the cancellation will be processed. All bookings are made based on real-time room availability, and confirmation will take about 1-3 days. If confirmation is not possible, we will notify you and process a full refund.
