※ At Swandor Nha Trang, even if you request a double or twin bed in advance, it is not guaranteed. The bed arrangement will depend on the actual room availability on the day of check-in. Therefore, even if you book a double bed, you may be assigned a twin bed depending on the situation.

👉 Guest Information
When booking, you must provide the full English name (matching the passport) of all guests.
For children, the date of birth is also required. If the information is incomplete, the booking process may be delayed or not confirmed.

📌 Deposit
A deposit refers to an amount paid in cash or by card at check-in, which is refunded upon check-out if there are no issues. Typically, the deposit is around 1,000,000 VND per night (approximately 50,000-60,000 KRW), though it varies by accommodation, and some places may not require a deposit. The reason for a deposit is to cover any incidental charges such as room service, mini-bar usage, or damage to property. If paid by cash, the deposit will be refunded if there are no deductions. If paid by credit card, it is essential to check the cancellation of the authorization upon check-out.

This refers to additional charges outside the room rate, such as fees for children or adults, seasonal price hikes, or holiday surcharges.

A package that includes accommodation and breakfast, either buffet or à la carte.

Cancellations made 21 days prior to check-in: Full refund (100%) is available.
After this period, cancellations, refunds, or changes are not allowed.
The cancellation/refund policy is effective from the moment of booking (regardless of booking confirmation, changes are also subject to this cancellation policy).
If the room is unavailable or cannot be used due to maintenance, we will provide a full refund.
After booking confirmation: Prices may change based on exchange rates and local conditions. In case of a price increase after payment, no additional fees will be charged. However, if the price decreases, we will not refund the difference and we ask for your understanding.
