📌 Deposit
A deposit refers to an amount paid in cash or by card at check-in, which is refunded upon check-out if there are no issues. Typically, the deposit is around 1,000,000 VND per night (approximately 50,000-60,000 KRW), though it varies by accommodation, and some places may not require a deposit. The reason for a deposit is to cover any incidental charges such as room service, mini-bar usage, or damage to property. If paid by cash, the deposit will be refunded if there are no deductions. If paid by credit card, it is essential to check the cancellation of the authorization upon check-out.

Once the booking is confirmed, the price may fluctuate based on exchange rates and local conditions. If the price increases after payment, no additional charges will be applied. However, if the price decreases, the difference will not be refunded

After receiving the booking request, staff will check room availability and proceed with the booking. If the room is unavailable, we will notify you via message or phone and cancel the request. All bookings are subject to current room availability and may take 1-3 days for final confirmation. If confirmation is not possible, we will contact you and issue a full refund.
