📌 Deposit
A deposit refers to an amount paid in cash or by card at check-in, which is refunded upon check-out if there are no issues. The reason for a deposit is to cover any incidental charges such as room service, mini-bar usage, or damage to property. If paid by cash, the deposit will be refunded if there are no deductions. If paid by credit card, it is essential to check the cancellation of the authorization upon check-out.

📌 For bookings under Peaktime’s monthly promotion:
- Cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in: 100% refund
- Cancellations made after this period: Non-refundable, no changes allowed
📌 For regular bookings:
- Cancellations made at least 24 days before check-in: 100% refund
- Cancellations made after this period: Non-refundable, no changes allowed
After booking, prices may fluctuate due to exchange rates or local conditions. If prices increase, confirmed bookings remain unaffected. Likewise, if prices drop, the difference will not be refunded.
❗Booking Process Information
- Once a request is received, staff will check room availability and proceed with the booking.
- If the room is unavailable, a notification will be sent via message or KakaoTalk, and the booking will be canceled.
- The booking confirmation process may take 1-3 days.
- If the booking cannot be confirmed, Peaktime will contact the guest and issue a full refund.
