After booking confirmation: The price may increase or decrease depending on the exchange rate and local conditions. If the price increases after payment, no additional charges will be made to the customer, but if the price decreases, we will not be able to adjust the price down.

After receiving the booking request, the staff will check room availability and proceed with the reservation. If no rooms are available, you will receive a cancellation notice via text message. All bookings are processed based on actual room availability and it will take about 1-3 days to confirm. If confirmation is not possible, we will notify you and proceed with a full refund.
