Free cancellation up to 10 days before check-in. After this period, cancellations and refunds are not allowed.

If the hotel is fully booked or unavailable due to maintenance, a full refund will be provided.

Once the booking is confirmed, prices may fluctuate due to exchange rates or local conditions. If the price increases after payment, existing bookings will not be charged additional fees. Likewise, if the price decreases, refunds for the difference will not be issued.
