👉 If you cancel your reservation at least 17 days prior to the check-in date, you will receive a 100% refund. After that period, cancellation/refund will not be accepted.

After the reservation is confirmed:
The selling price may increase or decrease depending on exchange rates and local conditions. Please understand that just as no additional fee is charged if the trip price increases after payment, we are also unable to reduce the price if it decreases.

After receiving your booking request, the responsible staff will check room availability and proceed with the reservation; if the room is no longer available, you will be notified via SMS and your booking request will be canceled.
