After booking, prices may fluctuate due to exchange rates and market conditions. Guests will not be charged extra if prices increase, and no refunds will be given if prices decrease.

Booking Notes

- After receiving a booking request, staff will check room availability and proceed with the reservation.

- If rooms are unavailable, guests will be notified via message or KakaoTalk, and the booking will be canceled.

- Reservation confirmation may take 1-3 days. If the booking cannot be confirmed, guests will be informed and receive a full refund.
