📌 Cancellations made at least 21 days before the check-in date will receive a 100% refund. After this period, cancellations, refunds, or modifications will not be supported.

If the hotel is fully booked or unavailable due to maintenance, a full refund will be provided.

Once the booking is confirmed, the price may fluctuate due to exchange rates or local conditions. If the price increases, existing bookings will not be subject to additional charges. However, if the price decreases, no refunds for the difference will be provided. We appreciate your understanding.
