Reservations made after 8:00 PM will receive their tickets sequentially from 8:00 AM the next day.
Same-day purchases will be sent between 8:00 AM ~ 10:30 AM (please purchase in advance before departure).

2. Important Notes

Since Ba Na Hills is located on a mountain top, the weather is cool.
→ It’s recommended to bring a cardigan or light jacket.
Be sure to apply sunscreen or bring sunglasses and a hat to block the sun.
The cable car may occasionally pause or sway due to strong winds.
→ However, Ba Na Hills cable cars are safe and reliable, manufactured through a Swiss-German joint venture.
If you choose the cable car option after 3:00 PM, you can use the free shuttle service to Ba Na Hills.
- Departure point: Da Nang Asia Park – departs at 3:00 PM
- Return point: Ba Na Hills Time Gate entrance – departs at 8:30 PM / 9:30 PM / 10:30 PM
