1. How to Use

• Please book at least 2 days in advance.

• After purchasing, send your flight details, arrival date, and English name via the PEAKTIME website.

2. Important Information

• At the immigration area, look for a staff member holding a sign.

• Provide your name to the staff member.

• If the provided information (adult/child, arrival date, English name, etc.) does not match, you may be denied service.

• The Fast Track service uses a VIP lane, but if multiple passengers from the same flight book the service, waiting time may occur.

• Additional charges apply on Vietnamese national/public holidays (see details at the bottom of the page).
