L'ALYA NINH VAN BAY is a luxurious 5-star villa resort with an elegant Vietnamese design. It first opened in 2011 and was renovated in 2017. The resort is located in Ninh Hoa, Nha Trang. The L'ALYA NINH VAN BAY lounge and pier are about 16 km north of Nha Trang city center.

From this pier, you can reach L'ALYA NINH VAN BAY via a 15-minute speedboat ride.

The villas are designed in a semi-open style, reflecting traditional Vietnamese architecture. While the exterior appears simple, the interiors are luxurious, modern, and sophisticated.

All villas feature a private pool and are secluded, surrounded by lush greenery and nature.
 

🛏️ Accommodations

There are a total of four villa types:

👉 Hill Rock Pool Villas: 86m², with a total of 12 villas in the resort. This villa has three levels:

- The first floor features a bathroom with a shower, a private bathtub, and a toilet.

- The second floor includes a sofa area, a dining space, and an outdoor lounge area.

- The third floor is the bedroom with a balcony.

Children are not allowed to stay in Hill Rock Pool Villas.
 

👉 Lagoon Seaview Pool Villa: 126-170m², with a total of 10 villas in the resort. These single-level villas offer open views of the Lagoon Beach and the ocean. The living room includes a minibar and a fridge, while the lounge area features a private pool and an outdoor sunbathing space.
 

👉 Beach Pool Villa 2 Bedroom: 185m², with a total of 8 villas in the resort. These villas provide direct access from the room to the beach. They feature a spacious living room with a large daybed, a large bathroom with a bathtub, and an outdoor rain shower area.
 

👉 Grand Lagoon Seaview Pool Villa 2 Bedroom: 236m², with a total of 3 villas in the resort. These bungalow-style villas have a central living room. Each villa includes spacious bedrooms, an entertainment system, and a large bathroom. The outdoor pool offers stunning ocean views.
 

Extra beds cannot be added to the Hill Rock Pool Villa.

📌 If traveling with children, please present identification documents, passports, residence cards, and birth certificates for all guests during check-in.

📌 To comply with health and safety regulations, guests are not allowed to bring outside food or drinks, nor are they permitted to cook inside the villa. Any food, beverages, or cooking utensils brought in may be confiscated without return.

📌 Check-out time: 12:00. The resort provides a complimentary boat service at check-out. After this time, a boat usage fee of 70 USD per one-way trip will apply.

📌 Arrival time must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance. In case of delays, please notify the resort at least 3 hours beforehand. If you arrive more than 30 minutes later than the confirmed time without prior notice, an additional fee of 70 USD will be charged.

After receiving the booking request, staff will confirm room availability and proceed with the reservation. If no room is available, a notification will be sent via message and the booking will be canceled. All bookings are confirmed based on real-time room availability, and the final confirmation process may take 1-3 days. If confirmation is not possible, we will contact you and issue a full refund.
