1. How to Use
The ticket will be sent via PEAKTIME website at 20:00, one day before your visit.
For bookings made after 20:00 the day before, tickets will be sent sequentially starting from 08:00 the next morning.
For same-day bookings, tickets will be sent between 08:00 and 10:30 (please purchase in advance).
For international phone numbers, KakaoTalk delivery may not be available.

2. Important Notes
The ticket gives you access to all areas within VinWonders.
Opening hours: Daily from 10:00 to 19:30.
Water slide access may be restricted for those wearing hats, flip-flops, or swimsuits with zippers.
Vietnam has intense heat – don’t forget your sunscreen!
Showtimes may change depending on operational conditions.
Additional fees apply on Vietnam’s national/public holidays (see details at the bottom of the page).
3. Wonder Ngon F&B Voucher Promotion Info
During the promotion period, VinWonders tickets include a Wonder Ngon F&B voucher.
Promotion period: 01.04.2025 ~ 30.09.2025 (subject to change by the organizer).
Excluded dates: 06.04 ~ 07.04 / 26.04 ~ 04.05 / 30.08 ~ 02.09
Voucher value:
• Adults: 150,000 VND/person
• Children & Seniors: 100,000 VND/person

The driver is a local person and can communicate in basic English but is not fluent. Recommended to use Google Translate or Papago for translation assistance.
Events may be canceled due to natural disasters.

Due to Vietnam's characteristics, ticket prices will increase by 20% on the following holidays:

Cancellation and refund regulations
Cancellation before 18:00 (local time) two days before the date of use: 100% refund.
Cancellation after 18:00 (local time) two days before the date of use: No refund.
Tickets issued cannot be canceled or refunded.
