Regulations for adults/children

Adults: Height 140cm or more

Children: Height from 100cm to under 140cm

Elderly people: From 60 years old and above

The driver is a local person and can communicate in basic English but is not fluent. Recommended to use Google Translate or Papago for translation assistance.

Events may be canceled due to natural disasters.

Children under 140cm must be accompanied by a guardian.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before tour departure time.

Due to Vietnam's characteristics, ticket prices will increase by 20% on the following holidays:

International New Year's Day: January 1

Tet Holiday

Christmas (Christmas Day): From December 24 to December 25

Cancellation and refund regulations

Cancellation before 18:00 (local time) two days before the date of use: 100% refund.

Cancellation after 18:00 (local time) two days before the date of use: No refund.

Tickets issued cannot be canceled or refunded.
