❓ Q: What happens if I book a join-in tour but arrive late due to flight delays, cancellations, or long immigration processing?

✅ A: You will not be able to join the tour on the same day.

Since this is a join-in tour, we cannot wait beyond the designated time as it would affect other guests. If you cannot make it for this reason, please contact the "Peak Time Nha Trang" KakaoTalk channel immediately to reschedule or upgrade to a private tour (additional fee applies).

⚠ Failure to notify in advance will result in a No-Show, and cancellations/refunds will not be possible.

How to Book

1️⃣ After booking, you will receive a message within one day.

2️⃣ Once received, please contact the Peaktime channel to confirm.

3️⃣ If choosing a private tour, you must purchase the "Private Tour for 2 People" option (★mandatory). If not purchased, the booking will be automatically canceled.

4️⃣ Additional charges apply on Vietnamese national holidays (see details at the bottom of the page).
