📌 Deposit
A deposit refers to an amount paid in cash or by card at check-in, which is refunded upon check-out if there are no issues. Typically, the deposit is around 1,000,000 VND per night (approximately 50,000-60,000 KRW), though it varies by accommodation, and some places may not require a deposit. The reason for a deposit is to cover any incidental charges such as room service, mini-bar usage, or damage to property. If paid by cash, the deposit will be refunded if there are no deductions. If paid by credit card, it is essential to check the cancellation of the authorization upon check-out.

Winter Promotion

👉 Free cancellation is allowed up to 13 days before check-in. After this period, no refunds will be given.
 

After booking confirmation: Prices may increase or decrease based on exchange rates and local circumstances. Even though prices may rise, customers who have already made a reservation will not be charged extra. However, if the price decreases, we cannot refund the difference. We kindly ask for your understanding.
 

❗ Booking Process Instructions

Once a booking request is received, the staff will confirm room availability and proceed with the booking. If rooms are unavailable, you will be notified via text message, and the booking will be canceled. All bookings are processed based on actual room availability. The final confirmation may take 1-3 days, and if we are unable to confirm, we will contact you and provide a full refund.
