📣 The cancellation & refund policy applies as soon as the booking is made (regardless of confirmation status, the same policy applies to modifications)

After booking confirmation: The selling price may fluctuate due to exchange rate changes or local conditions. If the price increases after payment, no additional charges will be applied. Conversely, if the price decreases, no refund will be issued for the difference.

Once a booking request is received, staff will check availability and proceed with the reservation. If no rooms are available, a notification will be sent via message or KakaoTalk, and the booking will be canceled. All reservations are processed based on real-time availability, and final confirmation may take 1-3 days. If the booking cannot be confirmed, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
