1️⃣ Choose check-in and check-out dates.

2️⃣ Select room type and quantity.

3️⃣ Enter the English names, birthdates, and gender of all guests and proceed with payment.

4️⃣ Peaktime staff will confirm the booking and process the reservation at the resort within 24 hours (cannot be confirmed on weekends or holidays).

5️⃣ Receive the booking confirmation number via Peaktime message.

6️⃣ Upon check-in, present your passport and booking confirmation number.
 

👉 Information of all guests
When making a reservation, you must provide the English names (as per passport) of all guests, and for children, provide their date of birth. If this information is not provided, the booking process may be delayed, and confirmation may be postponed or not possible.
