1. How to use

After booking the tour, you will receive a message within one day.

Please check your messages and contact the Peaktime page for support.
 

2. Information & Guidelines

Upon arrival, please look for the staff holding a sign.

Provide your full name to the staff.

If the provided information (adult/child status, arrival date, English name, etc.) does not match, you may not be able to use the service.

Photography inside the airport is prohibited—violations may result in service denial.

Fast Track uses the VIP lane, but if many passengers on the same flight have booked, waiting time may still occur.

If using Fast Track for both arrival and departure, please book separately for each date.
