The reason for a deposit is to cover any incidental charges such as room service, mini-bar usage, or damage to property. If paid by cash, the deposit will be refunded if there are no deductions. If paid by credit card, it is essential to check the cancellation of the authorization upon check-out.

If the room is unavailable, the guest will receive a notification via message or KakaoTalk, and the booking will be canceled. All bookings are processed based on real-time room availability, and the final confirmation may take about 1-3 days. If confirmation is not possible, we will contact you and provide a full refund.
