In the event the room is unavailable due to being fully booked or under maintenance prior to booking confirmation, a full refund will be issued.

After booking confirmation: Room rates may change (increase or decrease) depending on the exchange rate and local conditions. However, just as no extra charge will be applied if prices increase, no refund will be issued for any price decrease — we appreciate your understanding.
