TERMS & CANCELLATION POLICY

👉 Free cancellation is available up to 18 days before check-in. After this period, refunds are not supported.

Once the booking is confirmed, the price may increase or decrease depending on exchange rates and local conditions. Just as guests who booked earlier are not required to pay extra if prices rise, we are unable to refund the difference if prices drop. We appreciate your understanding.

After receiving the booking request, staff will check room availability and confirm the reservation. If the room is unavailable, guests will be notified via message, and the booking will be canceled.
All reservations are processed based on real-time availability. The final confirmation may take approximately 1-3 days. If the booking cannot be confirmed, we will contact you and issue a full refund.
