After receiving the booking request, the staff will check room availability. If no rooms are available, the customer will be notified via message and asked to cancel. All bookings are processed based on real-time room availability and may take 1-3 days to confirm. If the booking cannot be confirmed, the customer will be notified and fully refunded.
