1. How to use

After booking the tour, you will receive a message within one day.

Please check your messages and contact the Peaktime page for support.

An additional fee applies on Vietnamese national holidays (please refer to the details at the bottom of the page).
 

2. Information & Guidelines

At the meeting point, look for a staff member holding a Peak Time sign.

Provide your name to the staff.

If the information you provided (arrival date, English name, number of adults/children, etc.) does not match, you may not be able to use the service.

Fast Track uses a VIP lane, but if many passengers from the same flight have booked the service, some waiting time may occur.
